End of June 2011 MAXXsoluteTM has proven once again in a field trial in the Czech Republic to offer particular economic advantages in the lignite day mining dust control, as well as for roadway stabilization.

For the field trial one roadway was treated as usual with water, while the other roadway with a similar distance was treated with MAXXsoluteTM. As the dust conditions this time of year were extremely high, MAXXsoluteTM was applied on average up to 2 litres / m2 only once on the tested track.

After just an hour, dust developed already on the water-treated line but not on the line with MAXXsoluteTM. The latter was at only days later dried off, but from the beginning extremely firm and free of dust. A further treatment was also not required in the following days.

Taking about 50 EUR per hour for a truck application session (incl. driver), which regularly and continuously would need to be calculated for water treatment, a saving in the use of MAXXsoluteTM rate quickly.
The economy underlines by the fact that a lower burden is created for:
MAXXsoluteTM offers a perfect dust control by its hygroscopic properties (it attracts moisture from the air and keeps the soil moist).
