Iran – K+S KALI present speciality fertilizers on the IRAN AGRO FOOD 2009 at Tehran

660 exhibitors from 24 countries make the IRAN AGRO FOOD exhibition one of the biggest agricultural trade shows in the Middle East. K+S KALI GmbH presented its fertilizer specialities based on sulphate of potash (SOP) and magnesium sulphate (Kieserite). SOP is the most common potash source for Iranian field crops, fruits and vegetables. Due to the dry climate and the intensive use of irrigation systems, SOP is the preferred potash fertilizer because of its low chloride content.

Visitors of the K+S KALI GmbH stand were also very interested in information on sulfatic magnesium fertilizers for soil application as well as for fertigation and foliar spraying. Farmers, dealers and agronomists from all over the country appreciated the knowledgeable information by the K+S KALI team on ESTA Kieserite – the highly effective Mg source for soil application – and the water-soluble EPSO products.
