All our raw rock salts, mined underground, derive from the evaporation of ancient salty ocean water and show a variety of mineral compositions, influenced by their place of deposit. Fine grinding and processing by hot water solution, flotation or an electrostatic separation process (ESTA®-Process) are completed above-ground The separation and manufacturing process is selected in accordance with the raw salt’s composition and the final product to be achieved. These processes may also be combined.
