With effect from 1st December 2009 Hans-Jürgen Müller will succeed Peter Rummel as Head of Sales Fertilizer Europe for K + S KALI GmbH in Kassel, Germany.
Peter Rummel, Head of Sales Fertilizer Europe for K + S KALI GmbH in Kassel, retires on 30th November 2009 after over 40 years within K + S with stations in Hanover, Vienna, New York and Cologne. His expertise in the field of fertilizer markets, particularly in sales, is internationally respected and held in the highest regard throughout the company.

As of 1st December 2009 Hans-Jürgen Müller assumes the responsibility for Sales Fertilizer Europe for K + S KALI GmbH. He started at K + S in 1984 and has held several positions within the company. Since 1995 Hans-Jürgen Müller was head of Sales Fertilizer Germany.
The change of personnel responsibilities is a result of re-organization to incorporate the department Sales Fertilizer Germany within the department of Sales Fertilizer Europe, as with all other European countries.

Cornelia Schröter will be responsible for Fertilizer Sales Fertilizer Germany from 1st December 2009. Cornelia Schröter has been active since 1978 in the German potash industry in several functions and was previously responsible for worldwide product marketing.
