In a meeting on 13 May 2009, the K+S KALI GmbH Supervisory Board 13. has appointed Steffen Kirchhof as a new member of the Executive Board and new Chief Human Resources Officer, with effect from 1 August 2009. This assignment is scheduled to last until 31 July 2012. He will maintain his current position as the Head of Holding Unit Personnel within the K+S Aktiengesellschaft.
Dr. Thomas Nöcker has resigned from his position as Chief Human Resources Officer, to be effective on 31 July 2009. He intends to fully concentrate on his tasks as Executive Chairman of the K+S Aktiengesellschaft.
Previous board members Dr. Ernst Andres and Dr. Ralf Diekmann were confirmed in their positions for five more years, beginning January 2010 until December 2014.
