K+S KALI GmbH has restructured itself organisationally, which has included structural and personnel changes in marketing and sales, as well as production and technology.
Jean-Louis David, formerly Vice President Business Development of Sociedad Punta de Lobos S.A. (Chile), has been appointed Director of Marketing, Product Management and Services of K+S KALI GmbH as of 1 August 2011.

Jean-Louis David succeeds Gerhard Horn, who took over the position of President K+S North America Corporation as of 1 April 2011.
The following new management positions were filled in the Marketing, Product Management and Services unit.
Alexander Baart, formerly Sales Manager in the Marketing/Sales unit of K+S Entsorgung GmbH, took over the management of the Health Care and Nutrition unit as of 1 April 2011.
