The K+s Benelux bv, headquartered in the Dutch town of Breda, is distribution company of the K+S KALI GmbH. The company was founded in 2003, by joining the activities of the Nederlandse Kali-Import Maatschappij B.V. and the SA Belcopotasse NV. The K+S Benelux bv distributes high-grade potassium and magnesium products produced by the K+S KALI GmbH, in Belgium, the Netherlands and in Luxembourg.
